TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with EMedicalNotes. It is the greatest thing happened to my office. Not only is this Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system easy to use, it has saved my office time and money.

If I need to look at a patient's chart, with a few key strokes I can easily see exactly what I am looking for. This especially comes in handy when I am in the unit at the hospital and need to see my patient’s office chart. I simply log in from any computer with internet connectivity and I have access to my patient information. Accessing this information in a hospital setting provides me a comprehensive picture of the patient's health which allows me to make sound medical judgments.

I also keep the office moving with the use of the inter-office messaging system. I usually take a few minutes in the evening to answer e-mails and to give the staff direction for the next day. This keeps my office running smoothly and efficiently.

Patients are impressed with the efficiency of the prescription writer. Before they have even left the exam room, I have faxed their prescription to the pharmacy of their choice. Prescription refills that used to take an average of 10-15 minutes can now be done in a matter of 2-3 minutes.

EMedicalNotes has streamlined the redundancies in my office to free up myself and my staff to focus on practicing medicine and providing the highest level of patient care.

I have been using this program for over a year and a half. Best of all, I have seen it getting better and better to fit my needs. And when I thought f an idea to make things run even smoother; this idea will be a reality in no time. I AM VERY IMPRESSED!

EMedicalNotes is second nature to me now, I cannot even think about going back to a paper based system. I would encourage anyone interested in an EMR system to strongly consider EMedicalNotes for their practice.

RE: E Medical Notes

To Whom It May Concern:

E Medical Notes is a great program for my practice and I am grateful for this product. Since implementing E Medical Notes, we have seen a dramatic impact in lower cost, higher quality and increased speed in providing health care services.

The efficiency of the overall practice has been increased due to better filing system and effective nurse encounter. The cost has been reduced since we do not have to spend anything for the chart supplies, printing, and purchasing supplies. I have noticed that we are saving a lot of time by faxing the prescription to the pharmacy.

The templates that we use for charting are very helpful. This is a very effective way of saving money from under coding. The messaging system in the office is proficient and we do not have to worry about losing “post it” notes anymore. This also makes it easier to read the notes.

Furthermore, as a result of the clarity and intelligibility of the charting and messaging, we cam help the patient medically and legally. I am also able to see more patients due to the overall efficiency of the office. Patient satisfaction has been increased significantly as a result of this improved efficiency within my practice. I have also noticed an increase in the new patient referrals due to the increased customer satisfaction.

I want to thank Dr. Haidar and his staff for their prompt response on customer service and installation. I find this software very user friendly and easy to use. I am learning new helpful features all the time. I wish I had known about this software sooner and I highly recommend E Medical Notes to any medical practice.

To whom it may concern

I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with my EMedicalNotes. The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) has been easy to use for staff unfamiliar with computers. If we had questions, you staff has been quick to respond and been very helpful. Our front office employees have expressed that the scheduler with its easy access to patient information has made their work more efficient.

The nurse's input has also been great. My nurses are able to access patients' charts to document conversations with parents and make necessary notes in the charts. We also love the ability to fax scripts to area pharmacies, which eliminates numerous telephone calls.

I am able to access the EMR from home, which helps me tremendously, when I am on call. The program has been modified to accommodate our pediatric practice. You staff has been very helpful and easy to work with. They have made this transition a pleasurable one.
